Free Consultation
Free 15-minute phone call prior to your initial assessment so I can learn more about your needs and answer any questions you may have related to the work you we will do together.
Initial Appointment
Over our 60-90 minute initial meeting we will review your wants, needs, and hopes for our work together. I am honored to spend this time learning your story and seeing how we may work together to meet your goals. The initial assessment has a fee of $200 for those not utilizing their insurance.
Follow-Up Therapy
Following the initial appointment our meeting times vary from 30-60 minutes based on your schedule and preferences. To help you meet your goals, I offer both individual and family therapy. Pricing varies based on the length and type of service provided between $90-$150 for those not utilizing their insurance.
